Eco-Golf House Caesarea Exterior/Interior CG Simulation by Studio Aiko: “Our challenge in this project was to create the dense vegetation surrounding the house which required some effort from our side. Together with the client, we understood the concept of the ecological house and with that knowledge, we approached it and tried to simulate the vision that the client was aiming for. The concept of this house, as described by the client, was to create ecological systems and infrastructure, leading to the house’s architecture and interiors. The biological swimming pool created a flow of water in and around the house. A sense of flexibility inside and outside of the house was created by deleting the borders between the two.” Golf House in Caesarea CG Simulation from Studio Aiko on Vimeo. A broad selection of sustainable technologies, including a geothermal lake loop and green house set this project apart from others in the area. The building itself draws inspiration from a number of intimate relationships and views, both through the adjacent woodland, as well as across the nearby pond. The buildings programme is pretty extensive and with the clients desire to maintain the majority of this over one level the design team were particularly aware of the need to integrate the building into its surroundings in a subtle manor. Consequently this quickly became one of our main focuses and thus gave the scheme real direction, as we sought to arrange each space appropriately within the overall layout so to take advantage of the site and its beauty as well as to make sure that the building was

The infinity pool-side furniture is low to the ground, the bedroom is outfitted with glass walls, and the actual structure and lighting transition seamless from the indoors to outdoors. The house seems well layed out with exceptional connection to the exterior and the obviously fantastic view. Nice lines as well. Floor plans would be nice to see. The purple and lime patio furniture are a huge mistake, but the owners can always swap it out when they get sick of it. Not so easy for the island however. This is a very nice location, spectacular views and pool.It is a nice house with great details in the doors and outdoor space. Fresh Outdoor Space Design at Harborview Hills by Laidlaw Schultz Architects

This Contemporary Home Design – Harborview Hills in Corona del Mar, a neighborhood in the affluent city of Newport Beach, California, USA. Harborview Hills Design by Californian studio Laidlaw Schultz Architects Harborview Hills by Laidlaw Schultz Architects: “With a passion for modern architecture and an international understanding of style, the homeowners approached Laidlaw Schultz Architects seeking something unique and suitable for their growing family. The home’s quiet street setting gives no indication of the dynamic coastal views accessible from inside, and this feeling of revelation became the starting point for the design. A simple line separating public from private, the first move about the house begins, starts the dialogue. This wall is punctuated with a sliding panel and is then drawn up to reveal the striated walnut garage door that continues the plain. The woven-steel panel is the gateway to the interior courtyard and private dominion. As seen from inside the courtyard, the enceinte transforms into an exterior fireplace and backdrop for the glass-like pool. A wall of foliage on one end provides a panel of green to complement the shimmering blue water; on the other end, a continuous fountain creates a soothing soundtrack. The House itself takes advantage of
