Modern Villa Castela Architecture Here is the modern villa castela architecture design in Nova Lima Brazil by Anastasia Architects. This stunning architecture constructed area is 650 sq meter. This modern villa castela architecture was based on four main concepts: little interference in the site, better use of natural resources, integration to the surroundings, and a generous urban presence. According the architect: modern villa castela architecture divided into three floors: the basement, where the owners can enjoy leisure facilities such as sauna, Jacuzzi, and an wine cellar, the ground floor, where the living area and the kitchen, integrated to the outdoor swimming pool and external terrace, make this the centre of the house, and the first floor, where the occupants can obtain privacy in the bedrooms. The form is generated by the engineering of the concrete structure, which is robust and sculptural and, at the same time, light and contextualized with the surroundings, not a self -referred structure. The concrete maintains its texture, and the masonry is painted terracotta, for low maintenance reasons. Now look the modern villa castela architecture design in Nova Lima Brazil with picture below

Courtyard House with Contemporary Interior Here is the Courtyard House with contemporary interior by Studio Junction. The contemporary interior was built for a family of four by blending a traditionally indoor living space and a freshly landscaped natural courtyard. The Courtyard House was inspired by an ancient form of architecture and a new form of North American urban thinking – infill housing as an alternative urban typology. By converting a contractor warehouse in a mixed-use industrial neighborhood, the ambition was to create a modern, affordable home and studio for a family of four – one which could successfully adapt to a mid-block or laneway situation, where there is no typical front or back. The design of the house is generated by an emphasis on the views and activities of the interior courtyards, where all the windows look inwards.
